GIZ projects can use atingi to develop and host freely accessible e-learning courses. Below, you can see the steps that most partners go through when publishing a course on atingi.
- Get in touch - Write an email to help@atingi.org and we will get back to oyu with the next steps, such as a first 1:1 meeting.
- Qualification and kick-off - Share your project context, target audience, and goals, define your learning objectives, and jointly develop an implementation plan.
- Content development and onboarding – Get access to your own category on atingi and work with your Customer Success Manager to guide you and your service provider on how integrate the course content to atingi. You can reach out to us in case of any technical questions.
- Course quality assurance and launch – Two weeks before your envisioned launch date, fill out the QA checklist based on your atingi course and send it to your atingi account manager. The atingi team conducts a quality check and provides feedback on the course. Schedule your launch, and promote the course to your intended audience.
- Engagement and reporting – Use built-in analytics to track learner progress and gather feedback or ask the atingi team for a consultation on M&E options.
- Offboarding and sustainability – If your project is ending or you want to hand over the courses to atingi or another project, we organise a meeting to conclude the partnership and exchange feedback.
Please note that all courses on atingi should be free of charge and targeted at learners age 16+ who reside in Latin America, MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia or Eastern Europe. Additionally, atingi does not provide funding, didactical or content advice, ToR guidance, or service provider recommendations.
