Trackable Links

    If you have purchased the PLUS or PREMIUM service package, you can create and monitor trackable links. Trackable links help you in monitoring your user funnel and effectiveness of measures such as campaigns related to your courses.

    How to set up trackable links:

    • Make sure that you have the appropriate package/role - if you are unsure, get in touch with your Customer Success Manager.

    • Choose your communication channel: where do you want to bring your learners to and measure the learner flow? Copy the regarding URL, e.g., a course link or the link to your partner page.

    • Open the launcher in atingi (nine dots on the right side of the top bar), open the "Create Shareable Links" tool.

    • Paste your URL and give the link a name, which helps you to quickly grasp what this link is about, e.g., PROJECT NAME_ACTIVITY_URL DESTINATION. Consider the case, even if not planned right now, that you will later on generate further links and choose a naming structure which allows you to keep a systematic overview.

    • We strongly recommend you to insert a description, which later on allows you to understand, what this link is being used for. Even if not right now, you might decide later on to generate more links. 

    • Click on "create link" to create your first trackable link.

    You will also receive an automatic report on your trackable links. Please note that you should not shorten the links using external tools because they will not be trackable anymore.
