If you have already registered on atingi but have forgotten your password, you can simply reset it to regain access to your account. To do so, please go to https://online.atingi.org/ and click on “LOGIN”. In the next window, click on “Forgot Password?” and enter your personal email address in the Email field.
When you click on “Submit” a password reset link will be sent to your email account. Please also check your spam folder for the email; if you did not receive any password reset email, please contact the atingi support team via help@atingi.org
In the “reset password” email, you need to click on the reset link within the next 30 minutes to be able to create a new password.
When you click on the link, you can update your password and need to confirm it one more time. By clicking “submit”, you can now enter your atingi account again. Please try to choose a safe and secure password, which you can remember easily.
