Course publication requirements

Depending on your particular course or program objectives, as well as the eligibility course quality criteria, your course(s) will be published in either of the following three types of content libraries:

1. Public library

2. Open-link library

3. Non-public library

Publishing requirements for Public Library

Course Format: Courses and trainings are designed for self-study, which learners can complete themselves

Enrolment Method: Learners can directly enrol in courses

Open Educational Resource Policy: Courses are published under a Creative Commons license 

Course Reuse: Your course is not reusing the same content of another already published course

Course Design: Separated modules are offered in individual files to ensure shorter learning sequences. All course materials are explained and put into context

Branding: Whole course environment must not deviate from atingi colors

Device Optimization: Your course is responsive to different devices, namely mobile

Moodle Course Format: Tiles or workplace format

Assessments: Exams, quizzes, or knowledge checks are part of the learning offer. Certificate offered upon completion

Publishing requirements for Open-Link Library

Course Format: Courses can be designed for self-study which learners can complete themselves, or come in a blended learning format

Enrolment Method: Learners can directly enrol in self-paced courses. For blended learning offers, they must enrol via a password

Open Educational Resource Policy: Courses are published under a Creative Commons license

Course Reuse: Enrolment via password required if your course is reusing the same content of another already published course

Course Design: Separated modules are offered in individual files to ensure shorter learning sequences. All course materials are explained and put into context

Branding: Whole course environment must not deviate from atingi colors

Device Optimization: Your course is responsive to different devices, namely mobile

Moodle Course Format: Tiles or workplace format. Already published courses can continue in topic list format, but will not be featured in public library

Assessments: Exams, quizzes, or knowledge checks are part of the learning offer. Certificate offered upon completion

Publishing requirements for Non-Public Library

Course Format: Course can be designed for self-study, as a blended learning offer, or a webinar/hub (alumni space, community)

Enrolment Method: Learners can take part only through an invitation link or bulk enrolment

Open Educational Resource Policy: Courses can be published under a Creative Commons license or under copyright

Course Reuse: Your course can reuse the same content of another already published course

Course Design: Separated modules can be offered in individual files to ensure shorter learning sequences. All course materials are explained and put into context

Branding: Whole course environment must not deviate from atingi colors

Device Optimization: Course optimization for different devices recommended, namely mobile

Moodle Course Format: Tiles or workplace format. Already published courses can continue in topic list format

Assessments: Exams, quizzes, or knowledge checks can be part of the learning offer. Certificate can be offered upon completion
