At atingi, we support our partners in different ways to help them achieve their e-learning goals. Most importantly, we host the atingi platform and make sure that it is constantly being updated, improved, and suited for our learners’ needs. All of our services are available from Monday to Friday during official business hours (9am to 5pm CET).
Learner support
All atingi users can contact our support team via a support request at any time. The atingi team answers all requests and will find solutions in case of questions or difficulties.
Additionally, every user is automatically enrolled in the Learner Support Centre, where more help resources can be found.
Didactical capacity building
The atingi team cannot offer didactical or content advice. However, located inside the atingi platform, the “atingi course lab” offers capacity building resources for anyone who is interested in course creation and the development of high-quality e-learning content. Resources include certified courses on “Learning design”, “Basics of digital learning”, guides about different e-learning authoring software tools for content creation, templates for storyboarding and more. If you develop a course on atingi, it is recommended to do at least the first four courses.

Technical support:
At the start of our atingi partner journey, every partner project or organisation gets assigned their designated atingi account manager. This person serves as the main point of contact for any technical questions. Your atingi account manager will also give you a technical onboarding and walk you through the most important steps and settings when developing a course on atingi.
In addition to the account manager, we offer a variety of up-to-date info material in our course “atingi Partner Support Centre”. Every partner that decides to develop a course on atingi is automatically enrolled in this course and can access the material provided. More general help resources can be found in this FAQ.
