If you have reporting needs that go beyond the reports that atingi courses generate by default, we have additional options to collect (anonymous) data. Ideally, you have identified your data needs before the launch of your course(s) and shared them with your atingi customer success manager so that the most relevant data can be collected whenever the course is live.
In addition to the reports on atingi, we can provide user insights from our dashboard solution metabase. The type of query you can receive depends on the service package your project has booked. If you are unsure about your package or data needs in general, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your customer success manager.
While the reports on atingi focus mostly on the specific course activities, metabase is collecting standardised anonymous user data platform wide.
When a user registers on atingi, we ask for year of birth, country of residence, and gender. In most cases, users can also decide not to disclose the information.
This data is being anonymised and can be connected to course enrolment (over time), learning unit (= activity) completion, course topics and languages.
In the standard dashboard, we provide data on 1) Course Activity and 2) Learners Reached.
- Course Activity: Refers to the number of course enrolments and completions. An enrolment is counted each time a learner joins a course, even if the same learner enrols in multiple courses.
- Learners Reached: Refers to the total number of distinct learners. Each learner is counted once even if they are enrolled in multiple courses.
With this data, you can analyse your learners and their behaviour across all courses in your category on atingi. Via the report subscription (included in Plus/Premium package or via ZAS), you automatically receive the raw data monthly via email. We can furthermore offer custom queries in addition to the standard data, such as reports on trackable links.
